Important Notice
Account deletion is irreversible. Please review the following before proceeding.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Member info (email, nickname, profile picture, etc.)
- Learning progress and statistics
- Community posts and comments
- Saved charts and strategies
- In-app purchase history (non-refundable)
- Other service usage records
Data That Will Be Retained
Some data must be retained by law:
- E-commerce transaction records: 5 years
- Communication records: 3 years
- Consumer complaint records: 3 years

Deletion Process
- Fill out the form below to request account deletion.
- We will send a confirmation email to your registered address.
- Click the confirmation link to complete the deletion.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete Directly in the App
If you have the DAD Poker app, you can delete your account directly from Settings. In-app deletion is faster and easier.
